Hello. I am Kelly Siebe, a freelance web and graphic designer based out of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Welcome to my website, where you can find my online portfolio and information about the design services that I provide.

I was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. I have been doing web and graphic design in some form or another for the past 9 years. I started out in a film program and soon began learning to make my own graphics and websites by looking at the code from websites that I liked and from online tutorials. During high school I took classes at the Doña Ana Branch Community College and earned certificates in both Digital Graphics Technology and Web Design.

I really love the process of creating a website and I enjoy working with people to create a creative and effective expression of their business, organization or artwork. I also have experience creating a variety of marketing tools, and have worked with schools, businesses, organizations, individuals and political campaigns to help communicate their message to their targeted audience.

When it comes to my clients who are just learning about computers and web sites: there are no dumb questions. The majority of my clients come to me with little or no knowledge of the process of building a website - that's what I'm here for after all! I am always happy to explain and answer any questions that you may have, and to take care of all the technical details so that you don't have to worry about them (such as domain names and hosting setup). Working long distance is also no problem - we can communicate via email and telephone and get your website up and running in no time.

I have been creating websites since I was 10 years old, and have worked as a professional web designer for the past six years. I possess skills in web design, computer illustration, digital photo editing, photography, photo collage, coding, and hosting/server technology, and am proficient in the latest software and design technologies. I am currently a student at New Mexico State University, pursuing a degree in Women Studies. My passions in life are art, social justice, people, and traveling.

Before contracting with Kelly to create our campaign website, I spoke with numerous political website vendors. Most were extremely expensive and told me to expect a turnaround of 2-3 weeks. Kelly had a draft of our website that was very similar to the final product ready in 72 hours, and she did it for half the price of the least expensive firm. As for the site itself, we received praise for it from voters around the district, other campaign staffs, and people all over the country interested in our campaign. The look was great, and it struck just the right balance between features and ease of use--a very difficult task given the diverse audience and needs a campaign site must serve.
