Progressive Awareness Rally

The Progressive Awareness Rally is a union of all the progressive organizations on campus. Activities include a rally and good time with performances, speeches, and free food; an event in which all the progressive student organizations on campus will come together to celebrate diversity and raise awareness of concurrent issues facing each student organization.

Southern New Mexico Pride
June 16 - 17, 2006

Thank you for visiting the Stonewall Coalition (formerly known as LGBF) webpage. Through this site, you will be able to contact us, find out more information about our organization and what we do, as well as find some resources in the community.

Our mission is to provide a safe and comfortable place for GLBTQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning) students and their allies to meet and find friends and a support system. As a group, we also hope to promote community awareness and support for GLBT issues, by fundraising, performing community service, and hosting events.

Ultimately, it is our objective to promote an active, involved, and supportive community both at NMSU and in the entire Las Cruces area.
